Now that you've had some time to test out item creation, a brand new feature of MyTown 4.0, we thought we'd let you know about some of the more powerful items you can create! If you haven't checked out the latest upgrade, be sure to download it here, and read about all the new features here.
After you've created a few items (step-by-step instructions on how to do so here) and gained the necessary skill points, you'll notice that the items you're able to create get considerably more powerful. Once you've acquired enough parts through checking-in, or alternatively through trading, you'll be able to create The Hang Glider! This stamp not only adds character to your building, but adds value as well! Once you place him on your property, you'll be able to deduct $500,000,000 from your upgrade costs! You can make The Hang Glider when you have a level 16 Sports or Fitness location with 19 skill points!
Want to make more money when checking-in while adding flair to your property at the same time? The Gargoyle adds $200M each time you collect rent when placed on one of your buildings. You can make him at level 17 businesses--and you only need 20 skill points! Get him now and start making bank!
All you old-school MyTowners will be pleased to know that Weebo makes his triumphant return in MyTown 4.0. Once you upgrade a cafe to the highest level (19), and have 54 skill points, you'll be able to create the Weebo Monument. Create the ultimate decoration and showcase him proudly!
High level items also grant you additional points during check-ins. If you're embroiled in a heated leaderboard race, then the Bonsai Tree is just for you! Once you possess a level 15 restaurant and accrue 70 skill points, you'll be able to create this beautiful Japanese decoration which awards 125,000 extra points at check-in on the property it's decorating.
These are just a few of the new high level items available. Increase your proficiency in item creation to unlock them all! More are on the way, so continually be on the lookout for new and exciting Stamps!

Keep the chemical x and buy a gas station. It enables you to create lightbulbs, mystery meat, fertilizer...all of those things that you need to create almost everything else!

Hi Nonna,
It could be that the items you're continuing to create are too low level. Try creating a more powerful item to continue accruing skill points.

Beautiful young people are the whimsey of nature, but beautiful old people are true works of art. But you don't become "beautiful" just by virtue of the aging process.

Hey guys - I'm sure you know your own game, but it seems that the gargoyle adds 200M each time you collect rent, not each time you check in. I'm just sayin...........

Once or twice I've been offered an item as I checked in. But this hasn't happened in like a week, what's the deal? Right now I don't have enough items to build anything. I'm level 48 if that helps.
